Afghan suicide attack kills five: Police

KANDAHAR: A suicide bomber detonated a bomb-laden vehicle in a crowded bazaar in the southern Afghan city of Kandahar on Tuesday, killing four children and a policeman, a police commander told.

The bomber set off his explosive-laden motorbike near a mobile police post as the officers ordered him to stop, Abdul Raziq, the Kandahar police chief told, adding that four children and a policeman were killed.
