Businessman arrested in cheque bounce case

LAHORE: Investigation wing of Civil Lines Police Station Tuesday arrested Muhammad Tariq Javed,a local businessman on the charges of bouncing of cheque.

According to Inspector Khalid Javed,the accused got Rs 300,000 loan from one of his relative and promised to return shortly. The accused gave a cheque which was bounced by the bank. The police registered a case and arrested the alleged accused.

Further investigations are in progress.
