Advised PPP to avoid confrontation: MQM

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Parliamentary Leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Syed Haider Abbas Rizvi said they advised the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) to avoid confrontation between state organs, Geo News reported.

He was talking to media outside the Parliament after the National Assembly session.

‘We have always supported democracy and will continue to do so and the country cannot afford confrontation between the institutions.’

The MQM leader said his party would decide in favour of democracy adding the resolution shows democratic forces are united.
