FAISALABAD: Police arrested seven outlaws involved in various cases of dacoity, robbery and cattle lifting from different parts of the city here on Wednesday.

Mamonkanjan police arrested Muhammad Asif son of Saifur Rehman, Manzoor Husain alias Aslam son of Ghulam Fareed and Mureed Husain son of Zakir Husain on dacoity charges.

The accused with their two accomplices snatched cash, gold jewelry and a mobile phone from Muhammad Rafiq and his family near Chak No.194-GB on December 18, 2011.

City Jaranwala police arrested two cattle lifters Farzand Ali son of Zeeshan and Amanat Ali son of Muhammad Yaseen.

The accused with three other accomplices looted cash,a mobile phone and two buffaloes from the house of Muhammad Ishaq.

Similarly, Ghulam Muhammad Abad police arrested Muhammad Ramzan alias Jannan son of Abdus Sattar who with 12 accomplices looted precious clothes and mobile phones worth Rs.1.5 million from waving factories of Iftikhar Husain in Qadir Abad Chowk on September 27, 2011.

Meanwhile, Millat Town police also caught Sakhawat son of Munawwar Husain who along with two associates snatched cash,a mobile phone and a camera from Syed Qaisar Abas near Chak No.198-RB on November 14, 2011.
