Inquiry ordered against police officers

MULTAN: The Anti Corruption Multan region director ordered an inquiry against SHO Ahmed Khan and SI Riaz Ahmed of Sadar police station Mailsi for allegedly demanding bribe from Aman.

According to anti-corruption sources, Mahfooz Ahmed of Vehari said in an application that SHO Sadar Mailsi Ahmed Khan and SI Riaz Ahmed had demanded Rs 70,000 as bribe in a case. (APP)
