2 stolen cars, 1.2 kg hashish and 16 wine bottles recovered

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police have arrested seven persons including a woman and recovered two cars, 1.200 kilogram hashish and sixteen wine bottles from their possession, a police spokesman said on Thursday.

According to details, ASI Naeem ul Hassan from Margallah police arrested a car thief Hyat Khan and recovered a stolen Honda Civic Car (IDC-4487) from him. Similarly, ASI Ghulam Rasool from Industrial area police nabbed Waheed Farooq and recovered Suzuki car (OKA-1166).Sub-Inspector Muhammad Idrees from Tarnol police nabbed Ali for having1.200 kilogram hashish while ASI Umer Hyat from Niolre police nabbed abootlegger Daud and Khuram Shehzad for having a total of 13 wine bottles.

ASI Nasir Manzoor from Aabpara police arrested Boota Masih for possessing three wine bottles while Ishrat Bibi was arrested by women police station for minting money Rs. 1,30,000 from Wasim Hider Kiyani.

Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them. (APP)
