Proprietary rights for slums soon: LDA

LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority following the directions by the Chief Minister, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has decided to grant proprietary rights to the dwellers of approved slums (Katchi Abadies) without any further delay.

The Lahore Development Authority directed the residents of the Katchi Abadies in the city for immediately contacting the Directorate of Katchi Abadies, LDA, for getting proprietary rights of their housing units. (APP)
