IG Sindh orders beefing up security

KARACHI: In the wake of bomb blast at Parachinar Bazaar on Friday, Inspector General Police Sindh Mushtaq Ahmed Shah directed police to enhance measures for strict security.

He instructed to deploy more cops at busy public places including, markets, beaches, railway stations and bus terminals while snap-checking, patrolling should be made further effective.

IG Sindh directed to increase security of mosques, shrines, Imam Bargahs besides worship places of minorities living in the province. He also instructed to deploy plainclothes to ensure security in sensitive areas. (PPI)
