No proper bypolls, what to say of general ones: Shah Mehmood Qureshi

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf leader, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Friday said that if the government was not able to conduct by-polls accordingly then what to say of general elections, Geo News reported.
