Rehman sees external intrusion in Balochistan

KARACHI: Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Tuesday said there had been external interference in Balochistan, adding the US should come up with a clear stance on the issue, Geo News reported.

Talking to media men at Karachi airport, Malik said the issue of missing persons was there before the present government came to power. However, he added, the number has dramatically decreased from 6,000 to only 156.

On Sindh's law and order situation, he said he was in contact with Chief Minister Sindh and Home Minister on the matter.
