Prince William and Kate Middleton said their vows in 2011 joined by family at the Westminster Abbey.

The Duke of Cambridge, who was visibly nervous ahead of the big day, flashed a heartiest smile when bride Kate walked down the aisle.

Professional lip reader Tina Lannin reveals that Wills passed an adorable comment on his future wife when Kate finally stood across before being given away by father Michael Middleton.

William is said to have told Kate: "You look lovely. You look beautiful," before turning to Michael, seemingly unfazed by the huge fanfare of the event.

"We're supposed to have just a small family affair," he said, CBS News reports.

The newlyweds later went up to the Buckingham Palace balcony to greet the crowd.

Wills turned to her and asked: "Alright? You'll be okay?" and she replied "yes."

Kate and William have been married for more than a decade now and are parents to children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
