Case against Raisani brothers not withdrawn: CCPO

KARACHI: CCPO Karachi Akhtar Hussain Gorchani has said that case against sons of Chief Minister Balochistan has not withdrawn but police cannot arrest the accused as they have got bail, Geo News reported.

He was addressing a press conference after granting promotion and cash award of Rs50,000 to constable for killing dacoits during bank robbery.

Gorchani said police department is appreciating the officials for their better performance.

The CCPO claimed that killings on the sectarian and ethical basis have drastically reduced. Street crimes could not be controlled, he said and admitted that the menace is escalating.
