ISLAMABAD: Police have arrested five outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered weapons and hashish from their possession, a police spokesman said on Thursday.

According to details, Sub-Inspector Muhammad Riaz from Shehzad town police station arrested an accused Nisar and recovered a 12 bore pistol, 12 bore gun, 500 gram hashish from his possession ASI Raees Ahmed from Margallah police apprehended a thief Tahir and recovered items from him.

Meanwhile, Sub-Inspector Nusrat Ali from Golra police station arrested an accused Qasiar Mehmud for possessing 30 bore pistol. ASI Muhammad Munir from Sabzi Mandi police station arrested Jadoon Masih and recovered revolving light from car (IDN-3699) being driven by him.
