Man and his wife die in road mishap

MULTAN: A man and his wife were killed as a tractor trolley loaded with sugar cans crushed them under its wheels here at Khewra Chowk Budhla road on Friday.

According to Rescue 1122, a man namely Mazhar Aftab (52) s/o Abdul Majeed and his wife Namely Balqees Bibi (42) were going back to their home at Muzaffargarh on motorcycle. All of a sudden, a speeding tractor trolley turned down on the road and crushed both of them under its wheels at Khewra Chowk Budhla road. As a result, they died at the spot.

Police concerned have started the investigation.
