Rehabilitation projects completed

PESHAWAR: The government has completed various development projects in Frontier Region (FR) Kohat to improve living standards of the communities and ensure the provision of basic amenities to people at their doorsteps.

According to a press release issued by Directorate of Information FATA Secretariat on Saturday, different projects of sanitation and pavement of streets have been completed in Malik NaibKhan Kali, Syed Amin Kali, Arakhel Payan and Tehsil Jawaki to benefit more than 5500 residents of the area.

The construction of 90meter wall has also been accomplished to protect the area and fertile land from flooding water.

To create sense of ownership in the community, local workers were hired and a liaison was established with locals to complete the project within stipulated time limit. (APP)
