Five accomplices of rape accused remanded

ISLAMABAD: The Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Chaudhry Naveed Akhtar Wednesday sent five remaining accomplices of gang-rapist Abdullah on three day physical remand.

After giving remand, the accused have been handed over to Shahzad Town Police for further interrogation.

Among five accused who have now been arrested include Khurram, Hassal, Asim, Shahzad and Waqas.

All six persons are facing accusation of raping two teenaged schoolgirls, hailing from Alipur Farash on April 4.

Adbullah, another accused was already arrested on the very first day of reporting the incident, who later disclosed names of his accomplices during interrogation.
