DCO Dir Lower imposes section 144 Cr.PC

PESHAWAR: DCO Dir Lower has imposed Section 144 Cr.PC, read with 7(3) (3) of Shari-Nizam-e-Adl Regulation 2009 banning illegal construction over state land exchange or purchase of ex-state land in any part of the district.

This order shall remain in force for a period of 60 days for the date of its issue, says a notification. (PPI)
