PPP workers express solidarity with PM

PESHAWAR: PPP workers here Friday staged rally to express solidarity with Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani.

Led by PPP provincial secretary information, Ayub Shah, Zulfikar Afghani and Akbar Khan advocate, the PPP workers chanted slogans in favour of President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani.

The PPP workers were carrying placards and portraits of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani and chanted slogans in their favour.

The workers burnt tyres on G.T. Road and blocked it for for some time.

Addressing the workers, the Party leaders expressed complete solidarity with Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani and paid tributes to his political commitment and loyalty with the party.
