77 held after students clash in BZU

MULTAN: Police arrested 77 people during a search operation in Bahauddin Zakariya University after a clash between two student groups last night.

Bahauddin Zakariya University police post head Sub-Inspector Khizar Hayyat told APP that police had launched a search operation in the university after a clash among students and arrested 77 people with two pistols and six bullets.

BZU RO Amanullah said that outsiders had entered the university on four vans and ten motorcycles and four of them had covered their faces, he added.
