Rohrabacher dubs Pakistan a 'failed state'

WASHINGTON: US Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, in a letter to Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, has written that it has become clear to the Congressmen that Pakistan is a failed state.

Rohrabacher writes that it has become clear to the US Congressmen that Pakistan is a failed state and the US aid cannot change that.

The Congressman alleged that Pakistan did not utilize the US aid granted for Baloch people, adding Pakistani military and intelligence agencies used that money into funding the terrorists and buying weapons.
