DHAKA: South Africa captain Hashim Amla won the toss and elected to bat first in the second one-day international against Bangladesh at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka on Sunday.
South Africa lead the three-match series 1-0 thanks to their eight-wicket win in the opening match on Friday.
Bangladesh made one change from the opening loss, bringing in paceman Rubel Hossain for leg-spinner Jubair Hossain.
South Africa fielded an unchanged squad.
The third and final ODI will be held in Chittagong on July 15.
