Stosur into third round at French Open

PARIS: Samantha Stosur of Australia reached the third round at the French Open on Wednesday with a 6-1, 6-4 win over Irina Falconi of the United States.

The sixth seed will next play the winner of the tie between Nadia Petrova of Russia and Chanelle Scheepers of South Africa for a place in the last 16. (AFP)
