Elite force vehicle runs over four members of a family

FAISALABAD: A speeding vehicle of Elite Force on Sunday ran over four members of a family including a couple and their two kids here at Jhang Road.

According to police, the vehicle of Elite Force was traveling towards airport on Jhang Road when it lost control and ran over four members of the same family standing along side the road near Graveyard Morr. As a result, the couple and their two children sustained injuries and rushed to a local hospital.

One of the kids, a 7-year old girl, is said to be in serious condition.

The locals of the area present at the site of the incident surrounded the vehicle of Elite Force and staged a protest.

Later, SSP Operations also reached the spot. He immediately suspended the driver of the vehicle and ordered action against him. This helped pacify the protesters who then scattered away, leaving the site of incident.
