Rasheed expresses sympathy with protesters

LAHORE: PML-N's Senator Pervaiz Rasheed has expressed sympathy and solidarity with 'millions of protesters' against the worst electricity load shedding.

According to the statement issued here, Senator Pervaiz Rasheed said that ongoing electricity load shedding in the country has affected a common man due to the insignificant polices of the federal government.

He said that federal government is having unjust attitude towards Punjab government, adding that Zardari's government is deliberately not revealing the faces involved behind the conspiracies that are being hatched against the Punjab government.

The senator said that federal government allocated Rs 70 billion for Benazir Income Support Programme but no money was allocated for circular debt.
