Doctor deprived of gold, Rs 80,000

KHANPUR: Four gunmen deprived an owner of a private hospital and his wife of 15-tola gold ornaments and Rs 80,000 on Friday night.

According to the FIR, the gunmen entered the private hospital of Dr Zafar Iqbal, who is also a medical officer at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Khanpur, and locked all the patients in a room. They deprived the doctor and his wife of jewellery and cash and fled.
