Olympics: France's Muffat wins 400m freestyle swimming gold

LONDON: France's Camille Muffat won the women's 400m freestyle swimming gold at the Olympics here Sunday.

Muffat touched first ahead of America's Allison Schmitt with defending champion Rebecca Adlington of Great Britain taking bronze. (AFP)
