Eight injured in Karachi firing

KARACHI: At least eight people including two women were injured when unidentified men opened fire in Orangi Town No.15.

Three vehicles included buses and a shop were also set ablaze in the area.

Meanwhile one person out of the three political workers injured during a firing incident in the area last night succumbed to his injuries on Thursday.

Following this, tension and unrest gripped the area and unknown gunmen opened fire on a passenger bus injuring five including two women.

Police have arrested three individuals and claimed to have recovered ammunition from them.
