The 46-year-old rapper was in high spirit as he looked dashing in a brown leather jacket with matching sweatpants and black sock-like shoes.
Kanye West's outing comes after Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker made delightful announcement that they are expecting their first child together.
Earlier this week, West and his new wife Bianca Censori packed on the PDA during a lunch date in Santa Monica.
A few weeks ago, it was revealed that Kanye was being sued by a paparazzo over an altercation from earlier this year.
