MQM stages walkout from NA against POL price hike

ISLAMABAD: Muttahida Qaumi Movement on Monday staged walkout from National Assembly against the raise in prices of petroleum products, Geo news reported.

According to the report, MQM's MNA Abdul Qadir Khanzada was on the view that parliament was not be taken into confidence before hiking petroleum products' prices.

Meanwhile, PML-N's Deputy Secretary Ahsan Iqbal has advised MQM to 'stage walkout from the government', adding that the petroleum price hike should be reversed.
