Passenger bus turns turtle near Khairpur; 40 injured

KHAIRPUR: A Punjab-bound passenger bus that started its journey from Karachi turned turtle near Khairpur, Geo News reported Monday night.

Early reports revealed that there were at least 40 passengers on board when the unfortunate bus met with the roadside mishap in Daraza Sharif area.

Most of the travelers are feared to have been injured in the accident caused by over-speeding.

Police could not confirm the casualties as yet.
