Latif Khosa for LG polls in Punjab too

LAHORE: Punjab Governor Latif Khosa on Tuesday said that Punjab government should hold Local Government elections, in line with Sindh government's intention to go for LG polls.

Addressing a gathering on the occasion of Fourth Pakistan Youth Congress here, the Punjab Governor said he had written a letter to the Punjab government urging it to organize LG polls in the province.

Latif Khosa said the Punjab government should fulfill its Constitutional obligation by holding the LG elections.
