Accused remanded in judicial custody

KARACHI: The court of Judicial Magistrate Karachi West on Monday remanded an alleged street criminal in judicial custody till September 14, 2012.

The accused, Muhammad Inamullah, was produced by CID Civil Line police station in court of JM Sohail Laghari. Investigation officer requested the judicial remand for further investigation.

The court remanded the accused in judicial custody while directing the investigation officer to submit details of the investigation on next date of hearing.

Police claimed that he was arrested while having unlicensed weapon in his possession.
