Eight held as security forces launches search operation

QUETTA: Security forces on Tuesday arrested eight people recovering weapons, drugs and a non-custom paid vehicle in a search operation conducted at Kili Mubarak and its adjoining areas of the provincial capital, sources said.

According to the FC official, the security forces conducted random raid against the suspected persons at Kali Mubarak and its surrounding areas on Spini Road.

Nine pistols, 12 bore two repeater, 11 packet of charas and one non-custom paid car was impounded during the search operation he added.

As many as 8 suspects were also arrested. The suspects were handed over to the police for further investigation. (APP)
