KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) senior leader, Dr Farooq Sattar on Thursday said most of the party’s correspondence work is handled jointly by him and Nasreen Jalil and he categorically denied seeking help from India.
Speaking in Geo News program ‘Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Saath’, Dr Sattar said the statement issued by his party chief Altaf Hussain is open for criticism.
When asked to identify the MQM ministers and Rabitta Committee members, who according to Altaf Hussain, took a flight after deriving benefits from their ministries, Dr Sattar said he is not in possession any such list which can provide these details.
However, he later admitted that it is regrettable that certain members left the country.
To another question about the list of suspects that was dispatched to him by the Rangers, the MQM leader said he has received no such list.
