14 outlaws arrested

ISLAMABAD: The Capital police have arrested 14 outlaws, including absconders and recovered hashish and liquor from their possession, said a police spokesman on Wednesday.

Shehzad Town police arrested Fawad Khan during patrolling and recovered 400 grams hashish from him, while Aabpara police apprehended Shehzad Hanif with a bottle of wine.

Women police arrested three women for their alleged involvement in immoral activities.

During the campaign against absconders, the police arrested a total of nine proclaimed offenders. Shalimar police and Secretariat police arrested two absconders each while Bharakau police nabbed three absconders.

Likewise, Ramana police, Nilore and Tarnol police apprehended one proclaimed offender each.(APP)
