Bakery Assault : Eight policemen sent to jail

LAHORE : A Judicial magistrate in Lahore has sent the eight policemen – responsible for beating a bakery employee – to jail, on a fourteen day remand, Geo News reported.

The Chief Minister Punjab had taken notice of the CCTV video that showed the policemen beating up the employee.

The video that surfaced on social media websites; alleged that the bakery employee had been beaten up for not selling cake to an influential lady.
