CM Shahbaz’s son in law released on bail

LAHORE: Ali Imran the son in law of Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has been released on bail.

On Friday, Ali Imran’s bail plea was accepted in the case involving the beating of a bakery employee in the Defence area of Lahore.

The CM’s son in law was arrested on Wednesday and he was presented before the court the next day and was sent on 14 day judicial remand.

The incident of the bakery beating came to light when a CCTV video surfaced on social media websites.

Shahbaz Sharif had directed the administration to include his son in law in the investigation of the case.
