Special Investigation Unit cops target-killer, extortionist

KARACHI: Special Investigation Unit (SIU) police claimed to have nabbed an alleged target killer and an extortionist in the separate encounters while recovering weapons from their possessions.

Statement released on Monday said that SIU team arrested target killer, Jamil, from Manghopir after encounter and recovered pistol from his possession. The arrested accused was wanted in targeted killings of two persons in the Surjani town.

SIU team in another raid arrested accused Muhammad Zeshan involved in collecting extortion and recovered pistol from his possession. (APP)
