CCPO claims extortion slips decreasing in Karachi

KARACHI: CCPO Iqbal Muhammad has claimed that the distribution of extortion slips has decreased across the city.

However the head of the traders association, Atique Mir said there was no need for slips as extortionist would directly approach traders.

Traders in Karachi have complained over the course of the several months have complained that extortion is at an all time high in the city.

According to Mir “extortionists believe this is their right.”
