Government should table overseas Pakistanis voting bill within 15 days: Sattar

ISLAMABAD: MQM leader and Minister for Overseas Pakistanis, Farooq Sattar said Wednesday that the government should present the bill pertaining to voting rights for overseas Pakistanis made by his ministry within 15 days.

During a news conference Sattar added that if the government failed to present the bill, the MQM would table a private bill.

Sattar told reporters that his ministry was working diligently to provide voting rights to overseas Pakistanis, adding that an injustice was being committed against them.
