Abu Qatada to be freed after winning appeal: judges

LONDON: Terror suspect Abu Qatada will be released on bail on Tuesday after British judges upheld his appeal against extradition to Jordan.

At a hearing in London on Monday, Judge John Mitting granted the Islamist preacher bail despite Britain's vow to continue its fight to deport him.
