Karachi police arrest four Lashkar-e-Jhangvi members

KARACHI: CID police have claimed to arrest four members of the outlawed Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ).

SSP CID Chaudhry Aslam informed the media that the four LeJ members were arrested from Manghopir and were believed to be involved in terrorist activity.

Aslam said that 25 kilograms of explosives, four hand grenades, two Kalashnikovs, detonators and other ammunition were recovered from their possession. The arrested LeJ members have admitted to being involved in over 15 incidents of terrorism.
