Blast kills three in Khyber Agency

KHYBER AGENCY: At least three people have been killed and two others injured in a blast in Khyber Agency, Geo News reported on Sunday.

According to preliminary reports, a bomb, planted along the road, was detonated by a remote control in Shen Qamar area of Bara Tehseel in the Khyber tribal region.

Pakistan’s armed forces have been battling militants in the country’s volatile tribal region near Afghan border since 2009.
