10 killed in Yemen military plane crash: ministry

SANAA: A military plane crashed in Yemen's capital Sanaa on Wednesday, killing 10 people including the pilot, a statement on the defence ministry's website 26sep.net said.

"An Antonov crashed following a technical problem. The pilot and nine other people were killed," the statement said, citing a military source. Residents said the plane crashed in Sanaa's northern neighbourhood of Al-Hassaba.
