Grenade attack kills cop in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: A policeman was killed and two others injured in a bomb attack in Paharipura area of the city, Geo News reported on Thursday.

According to police, unidentified men hurled a hang grenade and fled the scene, killing a policeman and injuring two others in the Ring Road area.

Heavy contingent of police rushed to the spot and launched a search operation in the area.
