Karachi: Police, Rangers besiege building in defence

KARACHI: Police and rangers have surrounded a building located in Defence phase 6 area of the metropolis on Saturday.

According to SSP Clifton Raja Umar Khattab, there was information of explosive material in the building, adding that after bomb disposal squad inspection it is revealed that the recovered matter from a flat was a chemical and not explosive material.

He said that suspects present in the building managed to flee.
