Brisk It has designed the InnoGrill 2.0 to be the most sophisticated AI interface for grilling, combining wood pellets with a high-power electric coil heating system.
This unique combination allows the grill to reach searing-hot temperatures rapidly, generating intense smoke that enhances the flavours of grilled food.
The electric coils are precisely controlled by intelligent algorithms and the Brisk It app, enabling users to create more smoke at higher temperatures, maximising the smoky flavours.
