Three killed in South Waziristan drone attack

WANA: At least three people were killed and four others injured in a drone strike in South Waziristan Agency.

According to sources, the drone fired two missiles which targeted a vehicle in the Barmal area of the agency and foreigners were among those killed.

Local sources said that the drone missed its first attempt at the target, but the next two attempts were successful.

Earlier on Thursday, Taliban Commander Mullah Nazir was injured in a suicide attack in the Wana area of the agency. Four of Nazir’s aides were killed in the attack.
