Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Anjum Aqeel Khan defeated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed (PTI) Aamir Masood Mughal in the NA-46 ICT-I constituency.
The PML-N candidate got 81,958 votes while the PTI-backed contestant secured44317 votes.

The constituency's population stands at 782,562 with350,581 registered voters — of whom183,925 and 166,656 are male and female voters, respectively.
