Lahore: Gang of dacoits busted

LAHORE: Chung police have smashed an inter-district gang and arrested its three members besides recovering stolen items and weapons.

During preliminary interrogation, the accused confessed dozens of incidents of robbery and dacoity in the city, Khanewal, Mian Channu and Raiwind City.

The SP Sadar constituted a special police team under the supervision of SHO Chung which arrested accused of Nanary dacoit gang and recovered a motorcycle, mobile phones and other valuables.

The accused have been identified as Aslam alias Nanary and two his accomplice- Asif and Azeem. (APP)
